Welcome to your next Luteal class. In the luteal stage, the last phase of your cycle, the body is preparing to move back into menstruation. You may start to feel more anxious and more tired because your hormones start to plummet.

This is where we focus on the shorter classes, adding in stretches and going back to a beginner level. We want to really focus on reducing stress levels during this stage which is why we focus on the low impact, slower movement.
