Light Legs Flow is a short, lower body focused class designed to support circulation through the feet, calves, thighs, and hips areas that often feel heavy, tired, or swollen.
The lymphatic system in the lower body relies heavily on muscle movement and changes in pressure to return fluid back up through the body. This class uses controlled, flowing leg work to gently encourage that movement without creating fatigue or strain.
Because this session is shorter, think of it as supportive rather than demanding. Smooth transitions, steady rhythm, and comfortable ranges of movement are where the benefit comes from.
**After your class:**
If you can, give your legs a little extra care today. Staying warm, elevating the legs later on, or going for a gentle walk can help circulation continue naturally. A warm shower can also feel particularly helpful after lower body focused work.
