In this side lying focused class, we work deeply through the glutes, legs, and core using controlled, intentional movement. Through classic side series and kick variations, we build strength and stability while staying grounded and supported throughout. This is a slower, focused class that allows you to really connect to the body, with the option to add ankle weights if you’d like more challenge. You’ll finish feeling sculpted, steady, and quietly strong, with that deep activation that lingers long after the class ends.

MENSTRUATION (Cycle Stage 1)

(Days 1–7) Rest, regulate, release. These gentle flows soothe cramps, inflammation and restore calm in your lowest hormone days.
