Full Body Circulation Flow is a longer, nourishing class designed to gently move fluid through the entire body while building light strength, mobility, and warmth.
Through slow, continuous Pilates inspired movement, this class uses muscle contraction, joint movement, and breath to support lymphatic circulation without overwhelming the nervous system. You’ll move through the legs, hips, core, arms, and spine in a steady rhythm, allowing the body time to respond and adapt.
Because this class is longer, focus on pacing rather than effort. You don’t need to push or rush. The benefits come from consistency and flow, not intensity.
**After your class:**
This is a great day to prioritise warmth and recovery. A warm shower or bath can help muscles relax and support circulation. Drinking warm water or herbal tea may also support digestion and help the body process the fluid movement you’ve encouraged.
You might notice changes later in the day rather than straight away. That’s completely normal.
