Welcome to your next Follicular stage class. This class has been designed specifically for stage two of your cycle. In the follicular phase, oestrogen levels go up, resulting in higher energy levels. In this stage you body will be wanting to move, take advantage of the energy levels starting to increase and try a full body class and we look at increasing the intensity of these workouts.
