In this dynamic full body class, we move through a flowing Pilates sequence designed to build strength, mobility, and connection throughout the entire body. Using controlled transitions and continuous movement, we work through the legs, glutes, core, and upper body in a way that feels fluid, grounded, and strong. This class blends strength with mobility, allowing the body to move freely while still feeling supported and stable. Optional ankle weights can be used to increase intensity, but the focus remains on control, breath, and quality of movement. You’ll finish feeling open, energised, and deeply connected to your body, with that calm strength that comes from moving with intention rather than force.
