Full body strength, arms, shoulders, glutes, legs, core and functional movement.
**Cycle Stage / Energy:**
Best suited to your higher energy weeks, follicular and ovulation. During your lower energy weeks, simply reduce the weight, slow the tempo or take extra rest where your body needs it.
