In this deep core focused class, we build strength through the entire abdominal wall, targeting the transverse abdominals, obliques, and both the upper and lower core. Using controlled, breath led movement, we work slowly and intentionally to create stability and support through the centre of the body.
Light weights are introduced throughout the class to increase challenge and deepen engagement, while still maintaining control and precision. The class finishes with a gentle stretch to release the body and restore balance.
You’ll finish feeling deeply connected, supported through the core, and quietly strong from the inside out.
